We love having visitors...

...and this time around was definitely no exception!  Our dear friends Greg & Kristen came down for 4 days & nights in SF.  They braved the air mattress in our lovely mansion 1-bedroom apartment, and we packed the weekend full of fun.  Here are just a few (of many) highlights....

Of course we had to take them to one of our favorite spots, Leopold's, for some delicious sauerkraut and boots full of beer.

We drove out to Napa one day, and stopped for a photo-op on the way

Tasting bubbles at Domaine Carneros

We got up bright & early on Sunday to run the Valentine's Day 5K.  It was a great way for us to see Golden Gate park...and I think we almost won. :)

It's always sad to say goodbye and part ways again, but it's such a treat for us to have friends come to stay, and we already look forward to next time!

The past few weeks

Some (but not all) of our favorite moments from the last few weeks...

I got to meet baby Emmalee Rowley!  It was a whirlwind trip to Seattle (less than 48 hours), but it was definitely worth it to hold this sweet little peanut and spend some time with a few great friends.

We spent a night away in Glen Ellen & Sonoma, staying a night at The Gaige House for some much needed relaxation.  It was total zen! (We didn't take any photos in Glen Ellen, but this was on our way)

The next day we met up with these two (and Kevin) in Sonoma at Kunde. It was such a nice afternoon for some impromptu wine tasting with friends!

Songs to sweat to

Week after week I have clients asking me about specific songs on my playlists at Burn, so I've decided it might be fun to post them here too, just in case you're interested in adding songs to your own playlists.  Whether you like to run, cycle, or do your own "living room workouts" at home, I think these songs can help motivate, give you that extra little spurt of energy, or just put a smile on your face.  The speed and cadence of the songs vary quite a bit, so it's a good playlist to use for tempo runs, hills, or you can also use the songs as a guide to switch the part of the body you're working.  The entire list is 57 minutes long.  Let me know what you think. :)
Enjoy!

Stereo Love- Edward Maya

Machu Picchu- The Strokes
